摘要
通过室内实验研究,优选出了与丁苯胶乳配套的外加剂,包括分散剂、稳定剂、缓凝剂等,形成了适合不同温度下的胶乳水泥浆体系,并通过扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪对胶乳水泥石的耐腐蚀性能进行了研究,同时进行了水泥石抗压强度、抗折强度和渗透率实验。结果表明,该丁苯胶乳水泥石的抗压、抗折强度高、耐腐蚀性好,该体系具有广泛的推广应用价值。
Laboratory experiments are done to optimize the additives of the styrene butadiene latex cement slurry system (SBRL), including dispersant stabilizer and retarder, and develop several cement slurry systems in different temperatures. By means of SEM and X-ray diffraction, the corrosion resistant performance of latex cement stone is studied, and the compressive strength, tensile strength, permeability are also evaluated. The experimental results show that the SBRL cement slurry system has good performances and it is worth to popularize and apply.
