摘要
本文从牙轮钻头运动的受力及工作环境分析出发,认为O型橡胶密封圈早期失效不可避免。提出用x型或无间隙端面密封代替O型密封结构,用聚四氟乙烯代替橡胶作为密封材质。
Starting from analyzing the stress of roller bit motion and the working situation, the author considers that early losing effectiveness of the O-shaped rubber seal ring is inevitable and proposes using the X-shaped seal ring or end-face seal without gap to replace the O-shaped seal ring and using polytetrafluo-roethylene as the sealing material to replace rubber.
