摘要
结合转子磁场定向的矢量控制和PWM的调制技术,介绍一种基于新型DSP电机控制芯片TMS320F2812卸煤机电机控制器的设计方案。归纳卸煤机电机矢量的控制原理,提出了卸煤机电机矢量控制系统外设电路的关键技术,主要包括:A/D转换单元、传感器接口、CPLD等。
A new designing plan of the motor of the coal-whippier based on DSP motor controlling chip TMS320F2812 was introduced combined the directional vector controlling of the rotor field and PWM controlling technology. The controlling theory of the vector controlling was summarized, and the critical technology of the outer circuit of the controlling system for the motor of the coal-whippier was put forward, and it was made up of A/D transfer element, transducer joint, CPLD and so on.
