摘要
通过对机动卫勤分队的性质与规模、训练(任务)的计划与内容、后备人员基础信息等归纳总结,探索人员管理模式及抽组策略;结合人员信息库、任务内容与训练形式,为自动形成人员抽组初步方案奠定了基础;利用专业背景与受训经历,为实现个性化人员训练方式与轮转方案提供信息支持;指出人员和训练内容的有机结合,可有效提高机动卫勤分队的管理水平与效率。
Through summarizing the nature and scale,training plan and content,basic information of back-up personnel of mobile medical service unit,the personnel management and grouping policy were presented.With personnel information database,task content and training format,it laid the foundation for initial program of automatic formation for personnel grouping.Meanwhile,professional background and training experience were used to provide information support for realizing personalized training mode and rotation plan.The paper indicated that the organic integration of personnel and training content could improve management level and efficiency of mobile medical service unit.
