复方参归汤对拟阿尔茨海默病小鼠学习记忆的改善作用 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究中药复方参归汤对拟阿尔茨海默病(AD)小鼠的防治作用,并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法采用D-半乳糖和亚硝酸钠建立拟AD慢性发病的小鼠模型,给予复方参归汤进行预防治疗,测小鼠学习记忆成绩及其血清乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)活性。结果复方参归汤可明显改善拟AD小鼠学习记忆能力(P<0.05),明显降低血清AchE的活性(P<0.05)。结论复方参归汤可能具有胆碱能样作用,能改善D-半乳糖和亚硝酸钠造成的记忆损伤,其机制可能是通过抑制乙酰胆碱活性从而起到预防和治疗阿尔茨海默症的作用。 Objective To study the effect of the compound Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae-Radix Angelieae sinensis decoction (SA) on mice induced for Alzheimer's disease (AD) and its possible mechanism. Methods D-galactose and sodium nitrite were given i. p. to young mice once daily for 11 weeks to induce AD, meanwhile SA at 10 and 20 g/kg was garaged to prevent AD in treatment groups 1 week later. After treatment with SA for 10 weeks, the learning and memory capability and the serum acetylcholine esterase (AchE) activity of the mice were measured. Results SA at 10 g/kg improved the learning and memory capability of AD-induction mice ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 or P 〈0. 001 ). The serum AchE activity was increased in AD-induction mice (P 〈0.05). SA at 10 and 20 g/kg reduced the increased AchE activity ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions SA can significantly improve the learning and memory capability in the potential AD mice, the underlying mechanism may be related to the inhibition of serum AChE activity.
