摘要
介绍了高校图书馆引入大学生志愿者服务的意义,指出了高校图书馆引入学生志愿者存在的问题,提出了高校图书馆加强大学生志愿者管理的相关对策。
This paper introduces the significance of introducing student volunteers into university library,points out some problems existing in the introduction of student volunteers into university library,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures for strengthening the management of student volunteers in university library.
