摘要
采用水溶液法制备复合膜聚乙烯醇-海藻酸钠/钠化累托石,用红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪分析了复合膜的分子结构,通过透射电镜及原子力显微镜观察了复合膜的相貌结构,研究了复合膜的力学性能及热性能。结果表明,聚乙烯醇(PVA)与海藻酸钠(SA)、钠化累托石(Na+REC)形成插层纳米复合材料,复合材料具有较高的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率及热稳定性。PVA10-SA/Na+REC2与SA/Na+REC2复合膜相比,拉伸强度提高42.2%,断裂伸长率提高35.4%,在36~230℃失重率降低3.48%。
Polyvinyl alcohol-sodium alginate/Na-rectorite nanofilm is prepared by water solution method. The structure of composites is analyzed by IR, XRD. The morphological feature of the nanofilm is investigated by TEM and AFM techniques. The mechanical and thermal properties of the nanofilm are studied. The results show that the introduction of a small amount of PVA has an evident positive effect on intercalation, the mechanical and thermal properties of the composites. The tensile strength,the elongation at break of PVA10-SA/Na+ REC2 are 42. 2% ,35.4% higher than those of SA/Na + REC2, respectively. The weight lose of the composite sample in 36 -230℃ is 3.48% lower than that of SA/Na + REC2.
