摘要
以米糠油和甲醇为原料,在硫酸催化剂作用下进行预酯化,在碱催化剂(氢氧化钾)下进行酯交换反应制备生物柴油。考察酯交换反应过程中甲醇与米糠油物质的量比、反应温度、反应时间及催化剂用量(以米糠油质量计)对生物柴油产率的影响。结果表明,在甲醇与米糠油物质的量比为6∶1、反应温度为65℃、反应时间为1.5 h及催化剂用量为1.5%的反应条件下,生物柴油产率达86.8%。
Biodiesel was prepared by subjecting the product of pre -esterification, that was prepared with rice oil and methanol under the action of sulfuric acid catalyst, to transesterification reaction with a base catalyst (potassium hydroxide) as the catalyst. The effect of molar ratio of methanol to'rice oil, reaction temperature, reaction time and the catalyst dosage or the mass ratio of rice bran, i.e. catalyst, to oil on the yield of biodiesel was studied. The results have shown that the yield of biodiesel can reach as high as 86.8% when the molar ratio of methanol to rice oil is 6 : 1, the reaction temperature is 65 ℃, the reaction time is 1.5 h and the percent of catalyst dosage is 1.5%.
