摘要
通过调节填充钨粉的含量,采用熔融挤出法制备了不同密度的尼龙(PA)6/钨复合材料。利用扫描电子显微镜与金相显微镜观察了复合材料的断面形貌,发现填充钨粉均匀分布于PA6基体中,且二者界面结合良好。冲击试验结果表明,高密度PA6/钨复合材料具有良好的冲击性能。利用计算机断层扫描仪对该复合材料进行射线屏蔽性能测试,发现厚度为4 mm的PA6/钨复合材料的X射线衰减率高达97%。
With the different additions of the tungsten powder filled in the composite, nylon (PA)6/tungsten powder composite was produced by melt extrusion method. The cross section morphology of composite was observed by scanning electron microscope and metallographic microscope. It was found that tungsten powder was evenly distributed in matrix of PA6, and that the interface between tungsten power and PA6 bounded well. The result of simple beam impact test showed that the high density PA6/tungsten powder composite had good anti-impact performance. By CT scanning test, the PA6/tungsten powder composite shielded more than 97% X- ray.
