摘要
目的建立RP-HPLC法测定凉茶中非法添加对乙酰氨基酚和咖啡因含量的方法。方法色谱柱:HYPERSIL ODS2柱;流动相:甲醇-水(20∶80);流速:1.0mL.min-1;检测波长:216nm;柱温:30℃。结果对乙酰氨基酚和咖啡因浓度分别在0.04~1.03μg,0.01~0.25μg的范围内呈良好线性关系(r=1.0000);平均加样回收率(n=9)分别为93.6%(RSD=1.6%),96.7%(RSD=2.5%);最小检测量分别为0.25、0.20ng。结论本方法快速、灵敏、专属性强,适用于凉茶中非法添加对乙酰氨基酚和咖啡因含量的测定。
Objective To establish RP-HPLC method for determination of paracetamol and caffeine illegally added in herbal tea.Methods Hypersil ODS2 column was adopted and the mobile phase was methanol-water(20∶80) at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 216nm and the column temperature was 30℃.Results The linear concentration ranges of paracetamol and caffeine were 0.04~1.03μg,0.01~0.25μg,respectively.The average recoveries(n=9) were 93.6%(RSD=1.6%),96.7%(RSD=2.5%),respectively.The limits of detection were 0.25ng,0.20ng,respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and sensitive.It can determine paracetamol and caffeine illegally added in herbal tea.
