摘要
目的:探讨低位直肠癌保肛治疗的围手术期护理方法。方法:低位直肠癌32例,男21例,女11例;年龄(32-72)岁,平均54.3岁。所有病例均进行保肛治疗。术前注重心理护理、营养支持和术前准备。术后密切监测生命体征,注重并发症防治。结果:32例均成功施行保肛手术治疗,无手术死亡病例。定期随访排便控制良好。结论:对于低位直肠癌行保肛手术病人给予恰当的围手术期护理,有利于并发症防治,取得较好的临床效果。
Objective：To study the nursing experience of anus preservation operation in patients with low position rectal cancer.Methods： 32 patients（21 men and 11 women with an average age of 54.3 years） with low position rectal cancer were performed with anus preservation operation.Preoperatively,more attention was paid to psychological care,nutritional support and preoperotive preparation.Postoperatively,nursing care was directed to monitoring of vital signs and prevention and treatment of complications.Results：Anus preservation operation was successfully performed in 32 patients with low position rectal cancer.There was no operation-related death in the group.Conclusion： Proper nursing care of patients with low position rectal cancer undergoing anus preservation operation is beneficial to clinical outcome.
