摘要
分别利用紫外光谱、铁含量及唾液酸含量HPLC分析等方法,研究燕窝中白燕及血燕的差别。结果表明白燕和血燕在紫外谱图和液相谱图上有一定差别,在性状和铁含量上有较大差别。通过这些指标成分分析,可以鉴别白燕通过染色冒充血燕的产品。
UV spectrum,HPLC and other methods were used to study the differences of white edible bird’s nest and red one.The test results showed that there were some differences between the two edible bird’s nest on UV patterns,HPLC patterns,obviously on character and the iron content.It can be easily identified the red bird’s nest which was dyeing or not by using methods of this paper.
