摘要
目的观察牛蒡提取物的抗炎作用。方法采用角叉菜胶肿胀模型、组织胺及五羟色胺性血管通透模型,和甲基纤维素气囊模型考察牛蒡提取物的抗炎作用。结果牛蒡提取物(ip100、50mg/kg)对角叉菜胶足肿胀有明显的抑制作用,能明显抑制由组织胺及五羟色胺引起的血管通透性增加,对白细胞移行有明显的抑制作用。结论牛蒡提取物有明显抗炎作用。
Objective To observe burdock extract anti-inflammatory effects.Methods Using harpoons dish glue swelling model,histamine and five serotonin sex vascular fully model,and methyl cellulose airbag models investigation burdock extract anti-inflammatory effects.Results Burdock extract（ip100,50mg/kg） diagonal fork dish rubber feet swollen have apparent inhibition,can significantly inhibited by histamine and five serotonin cause of vascular permeability,of the white cell-extracellar has obvious inhibition.Conclusion Burdock extract has significant anti-inflammatory effects.
