流体在螺旋管内对流换热和压降性能的数值模拟 被引量:7

Numerical simulation on heat transfer and pressure drop of fluid flow in twisted tube

摘要 分别对螺旋椭圆管和螺旋扁管建模并进行数值模拟和理论分析,对比研究两种螺旋管道的流动换热性能及沿程换热情况,结果表明:层流范围内,螺旋扁管的换热性能好于螺旋椭圆管,但流动阻力较大,根据综合性能评价因子得知螺旋扁管较好;湍流范围内,螺旋椭圆管性能好于螺旋扁管.沿程换热情况表明螺旋管长约为0.5 m时换热效果最佳,同时螺旋管几何尺寸对换热性能也有影响. Twisted oval-tube and twisted oblate-tube were modeled respectively and the corresponding theoretical analysis and numerical simulation were carried out.The performances of flow and heat transfer in the two kinds of twisted tubed were studied comparatively.The results show that the heat transfer in twisted oblate-tube is better than that in twisted oval-tube under the condition of laminar flow,howerer the flow resistance of twisted oblate-tube is larger.According to the comprehensive factor,in twisted oblate-tube the flow gets a good heat transfer enhancement.The twisted oval-tube is better than the oblate-tube under the condition of turbulent flow.The property of heat transfer along the tube show that the optimal length of twisted tube is about 0.5 m.The geometical dimensions of twisted tube are of have great effect on heat transfer.
