摘要
对通径在Φ110mm以下的Φ139.7mm变形套管,采用常规胀管器进行机械整形效率低。通过对常规机械整形及普通磨铣工艺研究,研制了领眼铣锥、活动锥子导引磨鞋、扩径铣锥、保径铣棒等高效磨铣打通道工具,开展了找眼磨铣、扩径磨铣、胀管器整形、保径磨铣等工艺技术研究。成功地对C3-21井变形套管进行了修复,为此类变形套损井打通道提供了重要经验。
For Φ139.7mm damaged case with below 110mm full bore,the mechanical shaping efficiency of common expander is very low.Based on the studies of general mechanical shaping and conventional mechanical milling process,efficient downhole milling tools were developed which include eye milling cone collar,active awl guided wear shoes,expanding milling cone,rod mill,etc.,and technology researches such as milling to find the eye,expanding milling,expander surgery,tube diameter protection milling,etc.were carried out.C3-21 well was successfully repaired by the technology,and this will provide important experience for the repair of such deformation of casing damage well.
