摘要
目的对Sysmex XE-2100全自动血液分析仪测定网织红细胞(Ret)的性能作评价与应用。方法采用XE-2100全自动血液分析仪(简称XE-2100)对正常及患者血样本中Ret的精密度、稳定性、线性范围、敏感性及携带污染率进行测定,并与人工显微镜法做相关性分析。结果 XE-2100测定Ret的精密度、线性范围、敏感性均在允许的范围内,稳定性在4℃48 h内Ret分析无显著变化(CV<1%),携带污染率仅为0.14%;XE-2100测定Ret的结果与人工显微镜法相关性良好(r=0.997)。结论 XE-2100测定Ret准确度高、重复性好、线性范围能满足临床之需,携带污染率低,且检测快速简便,与人工显微镜法相关性好,基本上能取代人工显微镜法。
Objective To evaluate the performance and analyze the application of Sysmex XE-2100 automated hematology analyzer for the test of reticulocytes(Ret).Methods XE-2100 was applied to detect the precision,stability,linear range,sensitivity and contamination rate of Ret in blood samples of healthy subjects and patients.The correlation of XE-2100 and manual microscopy was analyzed.Results The precision,linear range and sensitivity were within the allowable ranges.The stability at 4℃ had no obvious change in 48h [coefficient of variation(CV) 1%].The rate of carryover contamination was only 0.14%.The correlation of test results was good between XE-2100 and manual microscopy(r=0.997).Conclusions By XE-2100 to test the Ret,the accuracy,reproducibility and linear range are good for clinical application.The rate of carryover contamination is low,and XE-2100 is rapid and simple.The results are comparable with the manual microscopy,and the correlation is good.Sysmex XE-2100 can replace the manual microscopy.
