摘要
目的探讨肝性脑病患者食醋保留灌肠疗法的效果。方法随机将50例肝性脑病患者分为两组,一组为观察组,在常规治疗基础上加用食醋60ml和0.9%生理盐水140ml配制成的灌肠液行点滴保留灌肠法灌肠,每天一次,连续7天为一疗程。另一组为对照组:给予基础常规治疗后行0.9%生理盐水200ml灌肠。观察两组治疗效果及护理。结果灌肠后血氨水平及肠道pH值均较前明显下降(P<0.01),神志清醒好转。两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论用30%食醋保留灌肠能促进肝性脑病的好转,提高肝性脑病患者的治疗效果,疗效可靠,值得推广。
Objective To discuss the curative effect of vinegar retention enema on patients with hepatic encephalopathy. Methods 50 cases with hepatic encephalopathy were randomly divided into 2 groups: observation group and control group,25 in each;routine therapy was performed in both groups;in addition,the dropping retention enema with the enema liquid of vinegar,60ml,and 0.9%s odium chloride solution,140ml,was added to cases in observation group,once a day and the course lasted from 7 days;enema with 200ml of 0.9% sodium chloride solution was added to cases in control group;the curative effect of the 2 groups was observed. Result The blood ammonia and the pH values dropped down significantly and were much lower than those before treatment(P0.01) and the consciousness of the patients got better;there existed an obvious difference of curative effect between the 2 groups(P0.05). Conclusions The retention enema with 30% vinegar can help the improvement of hepatic encephalopathy and promote the curative effect on the patients with hepatic encephalopathy.
