摘要
在当前校地合作实践中,面向地方社会经济发展,以化工类人才的培养为载体,从教学内容、教学方式和学科专业特色和优势三个方面探讨服务地方型人才培养模式的思路及设计,教学内容应与实际生产实例相结合,注重学生综合实践能力和创新能力的培养,充分利用专业优势和新形势下专业特点培养专业人才。
In the practice of cooperation between school and locality,chemistry personnel training should adapt to the development of local society and economics.Based on the chemical personnel training,the training courses,training ways and characteristics and advantages of subject were analyzed,the idea and design of the personnel training model for the locality were discussed and the conclusions were made.Training courses should be connected industrial practice and student＇s comprehensive practical competency and creative ability should be strengthened.And the advantage of our subjects and characteristics of subjects in the new era should be fully utilized to train the professional personnel.
