摘要
基于MasterCAM X3自动编程软件完成了小音箱前面板模具从线框到实体的造型过程,生成了凸凹模粗、精加工的走刀路径,实现了实体的加工模拟,并通过后置处理生成NC程序,为类似模型的数控编程加工提供了参考。
MasterCAM X3 was used to complete the forming process from line frame model to entity model of front plate die of small sound box. The tool paths of rough machining and finish machining for the punch and die were generated and processing simulation of the entity was realized. The NC program was generated by post processing. It provides reference for CNC programming and machining of similar models.
