摘要
通过具体事例分析探讨了操作工艺与设备结构之间的相互适应性,认为工艺要有利于结构简化和防腐、设备维护以及充分利用物性等,提出了设备结构设计的安全、环保、耐用、低能耗要求。
The applicability between operation process and equipment structure is analyzed and discussed based on concrete instances.It is thought that the process should be in favor of structure simplification,corrosion prevention,preventive maintenance of equipment and taking full advantage of material properties.The design of process structure should meet the demand of safety,environment protection,durability and low consumption of energy.
