摘要
提出了采用真空型直读光谱仪,用脉冲分布测量法测定药芯焊丝熔敷金属中碳、锰、硅、磷和硫等5种元素的含量。以低合金钢09MnNb为控样,探讨了标准化系数和内标元素光谱强度的影响因素。方法用于药芯焊丝熔敷金属试样分析,测定结果与电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法对锰、硅、磷和高频感应炉燃烧后红外吸收法对碳、硫的测定结果基本一致。
Contents of C,Mn,Si,P and S in melt metal of flux-cored welding rod were determined by vacuum direct-reading spectrography with the pulse distribution analysis method.Low alloy steel(09MnNb) was chosen as control sample;and influential factors of standardized coefficient and spectral intensity of internal element were discussed.The proposed method was applied to analysis of sample of the melt of flux-cored wire,and the results obtained were in conformity with those by ICP-AES(for Mn,Si and P) by HFIF-combustion-IR absorption method for C and S.
