摘要
对西双版纳景洪市风吹楠成熟种子油脂肪酸成分分析结果:种子出仁率83.25%,种仁含油率61.99%;GC-MS分析表明,油中含有16种脂肪酸,其中月桂酸(十二烷酸)相对含量为47.2%,肉豆蔻酸(十四烷酸)为45.33%。
The research aimed to extract the oil from Horsfieldia amygdalina seed in Xishangbannan of Yunnan province,China,and analyze the components of fatty acids.The result showed that ratio of extracted oil was 61.99%.There were 16 kinds of fatty acids in seeds,the content of lauric acid was 47.2% and myristic acid was 45.33%.
