摘要
采用水煎法对蒙药材金莲花中Cu,Zn,Mn,Fe,Ca 5种微量元素进行提取,用微孔滤膜分离提取液中可溶态与悬浮态,用大孔吸附树脂分离可溶态中有机态与无机态.用萃取法对其水煎液模拟胃液酸度(pH=1.3)和小肠液酸度(pH=7.6)进行醇溶态、水溶态的分离,用微波消解法提取微量元素的总量,再利用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定原药材中5种微量元素的总质量比与各种形态中5种微量元素的质量比,并进行形态分析.分析结果表明,金莲花水煎液中微量元素与原药材中的质量比一一对应,可溶态中Fe元素以亲水性有机结合形态为主,Zn,Mn,Cu,Ca元素以无机离子型为主,为多种形态共存的复杂体系.
Five elements of Cu,Zn,Mn,Fe and Ca in Trollius chinensis were decocted in boiling water.The decocted solution was separated into water-soluble fraction and suspension fraction by microporous filtering film.Water-soluble fraction was divided into organic fraction and inorganic fraction by macro porous adsorption resin.The content of the trace elements was detected via microwave digestion method.Furthermore,the total content of Cu,Zn,Mn,Fe and Ca and the amounts in different fractions were determined with flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry(FAAS).The results show the content of Cu,Zn,Mn,Fe or Ca was correspondence in the water solution with the content in Trollius chinensis.Therefore,the trace elements existed in various species in Trollius chinensis.
