摘要
以P.O32.5级水泥、Ⅲ级粉煤灰为主要原料,采用外加剂单因素试验研究方法和塌模试验,研究了四种外加剂对泡沫混凝土性能的影响。结果表明:聚羧酸减水剂最佳掺量为2.5%,速凝剂最佳掺量为3%,PP纤维最佳掺量为0.4%,稳泡剂最佳掺量为0.06%。通过四种外加剂相互耦合,制备的泡沫混凝土能有效解决泡沫混凝土现浇承重墙体时容易出现的塌模、开裂等问题。
Using P·O32.5R cement and Ⅲ grade fly ash as chief raw materials,influences of four additives on properties of foamed concrete are studied by single-factor tests of four kinds of additives and collapsing mould experiment.The results show that the optimum content of polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer is 2.5%;the optimum content of accelerating agent is 3%;the optimum content of PP fiber is 0.4% and the optimum content of foam stabilizer is 0.06%.With the coupling of four additives,the prepared foamed concrete can effectively solve the problems of collapsing mould and cracking when it is cast-in-place.
