玉米幼苗不同叶位花环结构及叶绿素含量研究 被引量:12

Comparative Study on the Kranz Anatomy and Chlorophyll Content of Different Leaves in Maize Seedlings

摘要 以玉米幼苗叶片第1-5叶位叶片为材料,观察其叶片解剖结构和叶绿素含量的变化,以确定玉米幼苗不同叶位叶片的光合碳同化途径。结果表明,玉米幼苗第1-5叶位叶片都具有典型C4植物的花环结构,第3-5叶发育更好,其维管束鞘细胞(BSC)中含有大量的叶绿体;随着叶位的上升,叶绿素含量逐渐升高,不同叶位叶绿素a/b保持恒定。说明玉米幼苗第1叶和第2叶C4光合结构发育不完全,第5叶C4光合结构发育完全。 The Kranz anatomy and chlorophyll content of different leaves in maize seedlings were studied to determine their photosynthetic pathways.The results showed that maize leaves at position 1-5 all exhibited Kranz anatomy typical for C4 plants.In leaf 3 to 5,the bundle sheath cells(BSC)contained a large number of chloroplasts.With the increase of leaf position,the chlorophyll content increased,while chlorophyll a/b maintained stable.The C4 photosynthetic structure of leaf 1 and 2 in maize seedlings did not develop completely,but in leaf 5 it developed well.
