摘要
通过对江南大学教育部科技查新站2005-2009年间受理的查新项目进行汇总、统计,分析了其服务于国家创新体系建设的基本特点,探讨了高校科技查新工作中开展竞争情报服务的可行性,提出了科技查新工作中开展竞争情报服务的两种模式:(1)基于引文分析的高校学科竞争情报服务;(2)基于专利分析的企业技术竞争情报服务。
The paper made statistics on novelty items from 2005 to 2009 in Jiangnan University Sci-tech Novelty Retrieval Station（authorized by the Ministry of Education）,analysed its basic characteristics of serving the national innovation system,discussed the feasibility of the competitive intelligence service in the sci-tech novelty retrieval work.Finally it put forward two models for the competitive intelligence service in the sci-tech novelty retrieval work：university discipline competitive intelligence service model based on citation analysis and enterprise technology competitive intelligence service model based on patent analysis.
