小麦面粉谷蛋白溶涨指数的遗传方式及QTL定位 被引量:2

摘要 以小麦花培3号和漯麦4号的双单倍体(DH)群体为材料,通过1年(2009)2点(河南郑州和北京)试验,研究了面粉谷蛋白溶涨指数的遗传方式,并采用复合区间作图法对其进行QTL分析。结果表明,面粉谷蛋白溶涨指数由微效多基因控制,属于数量性状。QTL定位结果表明,在河南点定位到1个与谷蛋白溶涨指数相关的QTL,位于7A染色体上,该位点由来自母本花培3号的等位基因起增效作用,其效应值为0.111 7;北京点也检测到1个与谷蛋白溶涨指数相关的QTL,位于1B染色体上,该位点由来自母本花培3号的等位基因起减效作用,其效应值为0.158 9。两地没有检测到相同的QTL。2个QTL共能解释面粉谷蛋白溶涨指数13.47%的表型变异。这为小麦品质遗传改良和相关基因的精细定位提供理论依据。 To offer theoretical reference for wheat quality genetic improvement research and fine mapping of related genes, the Double Haploid Lines( DH ) derived from the cross between Huapei 3 and Luomai 4, which were planted in Henan and Beijing locations in 2008, were used to analyse the genetic way and to identify QTLs for swelling index of glutenin. Composite Interval Mapping was used in QTL mapping . The results were described as below: the character of swelling index of glutenin was quantitative in nature and was controlled by many genes with small effects. One QTL for swelling index of glutenin was identified and mapped on chromosome 7A through analysing the DH population in Henan. It was from the additive effect of 'huapei 3' alleles and the effect value was 0.111 7. Meanwhile, one QTL was also identified and mapped on chromosome 1B by analysing the DH population in Beijing. It was from the reductive effect of 'huapei 3' alleles and the effect value was 0.158 9. No common QTLs was detected in two locations. Two QTLs could explain 13.47% of the phenotypic variations.
