体外受精-胚胎移植后自然流产原因探讨与预防措施 被引量:15

摘要 体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)是重要的人类辅助生殖技术。随着对配子与胚胎培养条件的不断优化,IVF-ET的成功率显著提高,但是自然流产率仍然存在。因此,对不孕患者个体因素和IVF-ET助孕妊娠过程进行研究探讨,以期发现患者自然流产的原因,从而及时采取预防措施,达到提高IVF-ET分娩率的目的。主要就IVF-ET后自然流产的原因及预防措施做文献综述。 In vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET) is the important technology of human assisted reproductive technology(ART).In recent years,the success rate of IVF-ET has been improved significantly along with continuous optimization in culture conditions of gametes and embryos.But the incidence of spontaneous abortion still remains.It is necessary to probe into the individual factors in patients with infertility and the process of IVF-ET treatment services,with a view to discover the reasons for spontaneous abortion,in order to take preventive measures to improve the birth rate in IVF-ET.This paper reviewed causes and preventive measures of spontaneous abortion of IVF-ET.
