摘要
我国政府体育组织公信力的失范行为直接影响我国体育组织机构在民众心中的信任度，必然成为制约我国体育事业发展的一大障碍，因此有必要从社会学角度对我国政府体育组织公信力失范现象展开研究，并提出相应规制措施，为体育管理部门提供参考。研究认为，当前只有通过不断完善体育组织管理责任追究制度、加强体育竞赛监督机制建设、透明政府体育组织的组织行为、加快政府体育组织职能定位等措施，才能有效规制我国政府体育组织公信力的失范。
Credibility is not only the Influence and charisma of physical organization, but also an instantiation of the social effects. So the credibility＇s anomie directly affects the people＇s trust on sport organizations, it ＂also restricts the development of physical education. Therefore, it is necessary to study this kind of phenomenon and find some counter - measures for the relevant structures. Presently, the main reasons for the anomie are chaos and dislocation of the administration authority and the imperfect internal governance mechanism of the physical organization, and the lack of ethical and moral standard of those Staff members. As a result, the measures to prevent the credibility＇ s anomie could be realised efficiently by perfecting the responsibility system, strengthening the mechanical construction of the competition supervision, clarifying the organizational behaviors, accelerating the position of function, and improving the power of regulation and the moral standard of the staffs.
