摘要
研究高职学生的职业心理适应情况,及时了解他们的职业心理适应动向及变化,进一步强化高职教育的就业和市场导向性,对培养职业技能过硬,职业心理适应较强,社会适应能力较高的学生能起到一定的促进作用。高职学生产生职业心理适应不良的原因有很多,主要在于高职学生实践技能和职业素质养成方面存在障碍。学生在校学习期间,要注重加强学生的实践技能的训练和职业素养的培养。同时要努力营造良好的职业素质养成环境,深化校企一体化合作办学,多方位地影响学生形成正确和适宜的职业心理适应能力。
It plays a certain role in promoting higher vocational students psychological adaptability,and it will be helpful vocational college students to develop higher psychological adaptability,to study the psychological adaptation of vocational students and understand their trend and changes of vocational psychology adaptation.There are many reasons lead to their psychological maladjustment.Therefore,it is very important to reinforce their practical skill and professionalism.
