摘要
本文根据国家相关预案的要求,对城市突发公共事件进行了界定,简要说明了其特征,并阐述了城市突发公共事件应急救援体系的建设内容及目前存在的问题,同时对应急救援体系建设提出了几点建议。
According to the relevant emergency plans,city is defined and the characteristics of public emergencies are simply described.City public emergency rescue system content and existing problems are illustrated,and some suggestions of emergency rescue system are put forward.
