摘要
结合对某压力容器环焊缝严重缺陷进行超声检测,并通过取样和理化分析,最终判定缺陷产生原因的过程,指出常用方法的局限性及在实际检测时应注意的问题,提出保证焊缝超声检测效果的原则。
This article combined with ultrasonic test to the circumferential welds of a certain pressure vessel,and by sampling and physical and chemical analysis,finally find out the reason caused the defects,pointed out the limitation of normal method and the problem should be paid attention during the actual test,provided the principle of ensuring the effect of welds ultrasonic test.
