远大空调有限公司作为一家私营企业,为降低生产成本和提高生产效率,积极实践精益生产方式。在实施精益生产的过程中,公司努力协调各部门的关系,推进制度化管理、全面质量管理、看板管理和7S管理,追求持续改进。在未来的发展中,远大空调有限公司还需要完善生产作业的标准化,进行流程再造,强化营销和品牌以及加强员工培训。
As a privately-owned company,Broad Air Conditioning Co.,Ltd.actively implements lean production for cutting down production cost and improving productivity.In the process of practice,the company coordinates on all related departments very hard,implements institutional management,total quality management, kanban management and 7S management,and pursues continuous improvement.In the future,the company also needs to complete production operations standardization,conduct process reengineering,enhance marketing and brand,and increase staff training.
