放化疗同步治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的临床观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的:探讨放化疗同步治疗晚期鼻咽癌的近期临床有效率、毒副反应及病人的耐受性。方法:63例Ⅲ～Ⅳ期鼻咽癌初治患者采用随机法分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用TP方案:紫杉醇和顺铂;对照组采用PF方案:顺铂和氟尿嘧啶;两组放疗方法相同,同时给予相同剂量照射。结果:两组近期有效率:TP组为97%,PF组为93%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P(0.05);白细胞减少、恶心呕吐及口腔黏膜炎的发生率PF组高于TP组,差异有统计学意义(P(0.05);其余毒副反应评价差异无统计学意义(P(0.05)。结论:TP方案联合放疗治疗晚期鼻咽癌近期有效率肯定,毒副反应较轻,病人耐受性好。
