聚合条件对丙烯酸丁酯反应动力学的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用溶液聚合方法,通过改变聚合条件研究丙烯酸丁酯转化率随聚合时间变化的关系,考察其聚合反应动力学。改变引发剂过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)含量发现,BPO质量百分数提高聚合反应速率加快,单体转化率差别不大;提高温度有利于聚合速率的提高,但同时会导致单体最终转化率的降低;单体浓度越高,聚合速率越快,凝胶化现象明显;采用乙苯为溶剂,聚合速率慢,无凝胶化作用,采用乙酸乙酯与甲苯为溶剂,单体最终转化率接近,但乙酸乙酯做溶剂时单体聚合速率更快。 The relationship between the conversion and time of butyl acrylate polymerization with the solution polymerization method was investigated and the reactive kinetics was studied.Result shows the reactive rate of polymerization improves with the increase of benzoyl peroxide(BPO) content which is used as the initiator.The difference of the conversion with varied BPO content is not obvious.The increase of temperature is beneficial to the improvement of reactive rate,however, the conversion decreases with the improved temperature.The reactive rate increases with the monomer concentration and the gelation effect is obvious.The reactive rate is low when ethylbenzene is used as solvent and no gelation phenomenon is found.The final conversions are similar when ethyl acetate and toluene are used as solvent,however,the reactive rate is higher when ethyl acetate is used as solvent.
