摘要
目的:观察电针结合中药治疗23例心脾两虚型抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:以头穴电针结合中药归脾汤治疗为主,同时设立对照组23例,在治疗前后对两组进行组间疗效比较。结果:电针结合中药治疗后,其痊愈率50.00%,显效率20.00%,有效率10.00%,总有效率80.00%。与对照组比较有明显差异。结论:电针结合中药治疗心脾两虚型抑郁症有很好的疗效。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating 23 cases of heart and spleen deficiency type of depression by acupuncture plus TCM. Methods： Mainly using the scalp electrical acupuncture combining with the Guipi decoction whiling set up the control group, and compare the effects between two groups before and after treatment. Result： The curative effect rate, obvious effect rate and effect group of treatment group is 50.00%, 10.00% and 20.00%, the total effective rate is 80.00%, has the obvious difference with the control group. Conclusion： treating 23 cases of heart and spleen deficiency type of depression by acupuncture plus TCM has a good effect.
