摘要
【目的】探索高温如何影响棉蚜Aphis gossypii Glover种群。【方法】室内研究不同温度(32、34、36、38、40和42℃;高温处理8 h)对棉蚜存活率的影响。【结果】棉蚜存活率随着温度的升高而降低;32、34和36℃对棉蚜存活率的影响没有差异,38℃棉蚜存活率显著降低;40和42℃棉蚜存活率接近零。相同处理时间条件下,棉蚜半数致死温度随着处理时间的延长而降低。【结论】棉蚜半数致死温度平均为38.3℃,为新疆棉蚜的预测与防治提供了依据。
[Objective and Method]The experiments were conducted to assess the effects of high temperatures(32,34,36,38,40and 42℃),period of exposure(8 h) on survival rate of Aphis gossypii.[Result]The results showed that the survival rate of cotton Aphid decreased with increase of the temperature.There were no significant differences of the survival rate of Aphis gossypii between 32℃and 36℃,but the survival rate of Aphis gossypii decreased rapidly at 38℃.The survival rate of Aphis gossypii decreased to zero quickly at 40℃ and 42℃.The LT50 of cotton aphids decreased with prolonging of expouring period.[Conclusion]The results showed that the LT50 of cotton aphid is 38.3℃,which provided basis for the prediction and control of cotton aphid.
