摘要
葡萄新品种夏至红由绯红(Cardinal)和玫瑰香(Muscat Hamburg)杂交育成。在河南郑州地区露地栽培成熟期为7月1—5日。平均单穗质量750 g。果粒圆形,紫红色。平均单粒质量8.5 g。风味清甜可口,具轻微玫瑰香味,品质极上。可溶性固形物含量为16.0%～17.4%,总糖14.50%,总酸为0.25%～0.28%,糖酸比达到56∶1,维生素C含量达到15.0 mg.kg-1,氨基酸含量达到384.6 mg.kg-1,单宁含量为304 mg.kg-1。早果,丰产性良好,商品性好,适应性强,果实耐贮运性良好。适宜于露地早熟栽培和促成栽培。
Xiazhi Hong is a new early-ripening grape variety bred from the cross of Cardinal and Muscat Hangberg.In Zhengzhou area,the fruits mature in early July.The characters of Xiazhi Hong was found as follow： the shape of cluster was coniform,the average weight was 750 g,the shape of berry was round and the average weight was 8.5 g,the fruit color is red to mauve,the soluble solids content is 16.0% to 17.4%,total sugar was 14.50%,and total acid was 0.25% to 0.28%.The content of Vc was 15 mg·kg-1,and the content of amino acid was 384.6 mg·kg-1,also the content of tannin was 304 mg·kg-1.This grape variety has the good yield,attractive appearance,high adaptability and good storage.It can be used in the greenhouse cultivation and early cultivation.
