资源约束的工期-费用-质量综合均衡优化 被引量:1

Resource Constrained Tradeoff Optimization of Time-Cost-Quality

摘要 工程项目优化管理问题,在综合考虑项目更新资源约束、项目工期以及项目直接费用和间接费用的情况下,为了优化控制和调试,采用已挣得质量价值(EQV)实现对项目质量的量化分析,利用多属性效用函数对项目的工期、费用、质量三大目标进行综合均衡优化,并建立多模式优化模式。优化结果可以帮助承包商更好地控制项目进度,并根据不同关注点做出工期、费用和质量的综合平衡决策。应用改进遗传算法对模型进行优化求解,进行仿真验证了模型和方法的有效性,可为实际应用提供依据。 This paper presents a tradeoff optimization model for time-cost-quality using multi-attribute utility function theory in the presence of renewable and non-renewable resources constraints simultaneously,and in which we also consider the direct cost,indirect cost,lateness penalty and earliness bonus.In this paper,we use Quality Earned Value(EQV) to evaluate the project quality.The optimization result may help contractors control duration and cost of the project within desired quality level.We designe a heuristic genetic algorithm with special chromosome representation for this model,and then a case study is given to verify the effectness of the model and the feasibility of solution method.
