摘要
5(l氧基)2(5H)呋喃酮在温和的实验条件下,和活泼亚甲基化合物发生立体选择性加成反应,得到一系列立体专一性产物,产率为47%～71%.
The excellent chiral source 5 (l menthyloxy) 2(5H) furanone has been used as michael acceptor.This asymmetric Michael Addition provides a series of new chiral compounds in good yield under mild conditions.The novel chiral sources 3a 3i respectively in 47%～71% yield.
