摘要
在分析低本底αβ测量的特点、测量原理以及测量仪的功能要求的基础上,对仪器的总体结构进行了设计,对主要机构进行了受力分析,画出了最终仪器结构图。其结果证明测量仪结构简单,制造容易,使用方便。
Based on the analysis on characteristics of the low background α β measures,measures principium and function request,the totality structure of the measures instrument is designed,and the stress of main structure is analyzed,the instrument structure is finally drew.Results prove that the measures instrument have the characteristics of simple structure,producing easily,using conveniently.
