摘要
目的探讨气钡双重对比灌肠造影检查患者的护理方法,以提高患者检查的成功率。方法对气钡双重对比灌肠造影检查200例患者检查前的护理方法进行改进,包括充分的胃肠道准备、药物及使用器具准备、熟练掌握操作技巧、患者的心理护理以减少心理压力等。结果通过在检查前对患者护理方法的改进,欲行气钡双重对比灌肠造影检查的200例患者全部顺利完成检查,图像质量满足临床诊断要求。结论精心的检查前准备、完善的操作技巧及心理护理是气钡双重对比灌肠造影检查患者顺利完成检查的重要保证之一。
Objective To investigate the nursing methods for patients with double contrast barium enema（DCBE） so as to improve the achievement ratio.Methods A series of improvements in the nursing methods were achieved in 200 patients before DCBE,including good preparation of gastrointestinal tract,medicine,instruments and psychological nursing combined with a good command of operating skills to reduce psychological pressure of patients.Results DCBE was performed successfully in all the 200 patients and the quality of the images could meet the requirements of diagnosis.Conclusion Intensive preparation,skilled operation of nurses and psychological instruction for patients before DCBE play an important role in accomplishing the examination.
