摘要
随着国际物流发展呈现出一系列新趋势新特点,对国际工程EPC总承包企业的项目管理水平及抗风险能力等方面提出了更高的要求。文中通过分析了EPC总承包及其物流特点,从总结工作实践出发,论证了对占EPC总承包项目报价60%多的工程设备材料的物流部分进行更规范管理的必要性并探讨了操作流程及科学的管理模式,这对确保EPC总承包项目的良好效益和EPC总承包企业的国际竞争力将大有裨益。
With international logistics turning to new trends and obtaining fresh features,it has been pushing those international EPC contractor to improve his project management level and anti-risk ability.The author proved the necessity of carrying out more normalized management upon logistics of engineering 2Ms(machines and materials),occupying over 60% of the total EPC tender price and discussed operation flows and scientific management methods.This will insure an EPC project to be a lucrative business and an EPC company to acquire international competitiveness.
