摘要
利用NCEP再分析资料和常规气象观测资料,对2010年春节前后广东低温阴雨天气的特点和成因进行综合分析。结果表明:这一天气过程具有持续时间长、范围广、影响大、日平均气温异常偏低和降水频繁的特点;造成本次低温阴雨的主要环流形势为乌拉尔山阻塞高压和蒙古横槽均异常偏强和长时间稳定维持,东亚大槽偏弱、副热带高压偏强和中低纬环流平直;浅层或中低层的冷空气影响频繁和切变线长时间在广东中北部摆动是低温阴雨的主要原因。
Based on NCEP reanalysis and conventional observational data,Analyses are performed on the features and causes of a province - wide low - temperature and rainy weather during 2010 Spring Festival in Guangdong.Results show that the weather has characteristics of long-lasting process,wide range of influence and great impact with abnormally low daily-average temperature and frequent precipitation;stable maintenance of abnormally stronger Ural blocking high and Mongolia transversal trough,anomalously weaker East - Asia trough and stronger subtropical high as well as the smooth atmospheric circulation over low-and-mid-latitude areas contribute to the favorable atmospheric circulation.Frequent invasions of shallow or low-level cold air mass and long - time lingering of wind shear over middle and northern Guangdong directly lead to such cold and rainy weather.
