摘要
以分散聚合法制得的聚苯乙烯微球为种子,以1,2-二氯乙烷为溶胀剂、己二酸二辛脂(DOA)为助溶胀剂、二乙烯基苯(DVB)为交联剂及甲基丙烯酸(MAA)或丙烯酸(AA)为水溶性功能性单体,采用活性溶胀聚合法成功制得大粒径由羧基修饰的交联聚苯乙烯微球。研究了溶胀剂种类及活性种球粒径对交联聚苯乙烯羧基微球最大平均粒径及粒径分布的影响,并对交联聚苯乙烯羧基微球进行了红外谱图分析及热失重(TGA)分析,结果制得最大粒径为25.0um的交联聚苯乙烯羧基微球,热分解温度为273.8℃。
Large size carboxyl crosslinked polystyrene microspheres were prepared by activation swelling polymerization with polystyrene microspheres as seeds obtained by dispersion polymerization,1,2-dichloroethane as the swelling agent,dioctyl adipate(DOA) as the assistant swelling agent,divinyl benzene(DVB) as the crosslinking agent and methyl methacrylate(MAA) as the water-soluble functional monomer.Effect of the swelling agent type and size of active seeds on carboxyl crosslinked polystyrene microspheres' largest average particle size and size distribution was researched and carboxyl crosslinked polystyrene microspheres were analysed by IR spectrum and thermogravimetic analysis(TGA).Carboxyl crosslinked polystyrene microspheres and the largest size of 25.0um were obtained,and the thermolysis temperatures was 273.8℃.
