摘要
目的了解中国中医科学院1955年建院以来科技论文被SCIE收录情况,为今后科研发展战略规划的制定提供参考。方法以ISI Web of knowledgeSM检索平台上Science Citation Index Expanded及Journal Citation Reports数据库为依据,从论文数量、作者、所属机构发文数量、合作机构与合作国家(地区)、学科专业、基金资助机构、主要来源期刊及其引证数据、被引频次及施引国家(地区)等方面进行统计分析。结果 SCIE收录中国中医科学院科技论文共计510篇(含合著),全部发表于1980年以后,2006年以后发文数量快速增长,占发文总量的60%以上;涉及中、英、日3个语种,文献类型主要是期刊文献;核心作者大多是学科带头人;第一作者或通讯作者所属机构主要为中药研究所、西苑医院、广安门医院、针灸研究所及基础理论研究所;主要合作单位有北京大学、中国科学院、北京中医药大学等10余家;主要合作国家为日本及美国;研究领域主要集中在药理学与药剂学、全科医学与替代医学、药物化学等;在所有基金项目中,国家自然科学基金资助项目发表论文最多;载文核心期刊主要有20种;论文被引用率为54.7%,平均每篇被引4.07次。结论中国中医科学院SCIE科技论文数量在近5年内飞速增长,表明中国中医科学院科研实力与学术水平在不断提高,其学术国际影响力在逐年提升和扩大。
Objective To gain an overview of SCIE academic papers of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences {CACMS） from 1955 to present and provide reference to the strategic plan of research development. Methods Based on the data from the databases Science Citation Index Expanded and Journal Citation Reports on the platform of ISI Web of knowledgeTM, statistical analysis was made on the number of papers, author, year, affiliation of the authors, cooperation institute and country/territory, subject area, fund organization, source periodical, cited frequency, cited country, etc. Results The total number of SCIE papers of CACMS from 1955 to present was 510, which were all published after 1980, since 2006 the number of papers was increasing quickly, up to 60% of the total number. The languages included Chinese, English and Japanese. The mainly document type was journal paper. The core authors were mostly leaders of subject areas. Affiliations of the first or corresponding author focused on Institute of Chinese Materia Medica, Xiyuan Hospital, Guang＇anmen Hospital, Institute of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and Institute of Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The major cooperation institutes were Peking University, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, etc. The major cooperation countries were Japan and America. The research subject areas focused on pharmacology and pharmacy, integrative ＆ complementary medicine, medicinal chemistry and so on. The number of papers funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China was the most among all fund projects. The core literatures source were twenty of academic periodicals. The paper cited rate was 54.7%, and average paper cited rate was 4.07 times. Conclusion The number of SCIE academic papers of CACMS was increasing very quickly in the past five years. This showed that research ability and academic lever of CACMS have been gradually raising and its international influence on traditional medicine research has been promoting and expanding year after year.
