摘要
通过建立φ4 800 mm磨盘、磨辊直径φ2 600 mm的立式磨虚拟样机模型,分析单辊受力情况,得到磨盘所受极限正压力和摩擦力,利用Hypermesh对磨盘进行精细网格剖分,导入ANSYS中建立其有限元模型,对磨盘结构进行详细的有限元分析和校核,验证了磨盘强度,对磨盘的结构设计具有理论指导意义。
Rolling plate is a key part of vertical roller mill.In this paper,the virtual prototyping of vertical roller mill,of which rolling plate's diameter is 4 800 mm and rolling axis's diameter is 2 600 mm,is established.On the basis of deserving the loads acting on the single grinding roller,the loads and frictions acting on the rolling plate is calculated.The FEM mesh of rolling plate is generated under the pattern of hexahedron SOLID45 cells with Hypermesh,and the FEM model is built with ANSYS.From the result of the FEM analyzing,it is shown that the Maxine value of the equivalent stress is much less than the yield strength of the material.Combine with the equivalent strain distribution,it can be deduced that the design of the rolling plate is reasonable.The result of this paper will offer some important theory basis for structural design of rolling plate.
