摘要
为比较不同材料所制成的多孔混凝土对有机污水净化的效果,采用了不同的材料来制作3种混凝土反应柱,一为普通硅酸盐水泥与粗砂制作的混凝土,二为复合硅酸盐水泥与粗砂制作的混凝土,三为复合硅酸盐水泥与红粘土制作的水泥土。实验所用的污水采自某污水处理厂,其组分以生活污水为主。试验结果显示,在同等的条件下,由复合水泥(25%)与红粘土(75%)制成的水泥土反应柱对污水的净化效果最佳。显微镜照片显示,水泥土表面的微生物生长最为旺盛。鉴于水泥土的制作成本低、处理污水的效果显著,废弃不用时可破碎作为耕土,不需考虑其耐久性问题,因而应是今后用于污水处理的最佳生态混凝土。
In order to compare the effect of the organic wastewater treated by eco-concrete made from different materials,three different materials(ordinary cement,composite cement and cement-soil) were used to make short porous eco-concrete cylinders respectively.Short porous eco-concrete cylinders were later fixed in a row to form three reaction columns.The wastewater used in the experiment was gathered from a sewage treatment plan which mainly consisted of livelihood sewage.The experiment results showed that the purification effect of the wastewater by the cement-soil column was the best of all under the same conditions.The cement-soil column was made from composite cement(25%) and red clay(75%).Observation with microscope discovered that the microorganism on the surface of cement-soil cylinder were richest than that on the other two which were made from ordinary cement or composite cement.In view of its excellent effect of purification of wastewater,its lower cost and easily being smashed to be cultivated soil after used up,cement-soil is suggested to be our first choice for eco-concrete for wastewater treatment in future.
