不同白榆家系苗期耐盐碱综合评价 被引量:5

Integrated Evaluation of Saline-Alkali Tolerance of Ulmus pumila Seedlings from Different Families

摘要 为筛选耐盐碱白榆家系,以2批白榆家系苗木为材料,分析了有效的耐盐碱评价指标和指标间的相关性,用主成分分析对家系耐盐碱性做了分类。结果表明:检测指标间多存在显著相关;基于苗木有效指标平均值和最高质量浓度胁迫值的主成分分析,分别需提取2和3个主成分,说明以平均值统计,指标间的关联更紧密;以平均值和最高质量浓度胁迫值统计,白城家系试验苗耐盐碱能力由高到低为B2、B7、B3、B5、B6、B4、B8、B1和B2、B7、B3、B5、B6、B4、B1、B8;济源家系试验苗由高到低为J9J、3J、2J、6J、8J、4J、7J、1J、5和J9J、2J、8J、4J、1J、6J、3J、7J、5;综合分析平均值和最高质量浓度胁迫值的统计结果,家系B2、B7、B3J、9J、2较耐盐碱,家系B4、B1、B8J、7J、5对盐碱胁迫敏感,其余家系介于两者之间。从研究结果可知,用主成分分析法评价白榆家系耐盐碱能力是有效和可靠的。 The effective evaluation indices of saline-alkali tolerance and the correlation between the resistance indices were analyzed in order to select seedlings with saline-alkali tolerance from two families of Ulmus pumila.The saline-alkali tolerance of different U.pumila families was classified by the principal component analysis.Results showed that there were significant correlations among the resistance indices.Two and three principal components were extracted respectively based on the principal component analysis on the average value of effective index and the stress value of the highest concentration.It indicated that the correlation between the resistance indices was closer in terms of the average value.The saline-alkali tolerance of Baicheng families was B2B7B3B5B6B4B8B1 or B2B7B3B5B6B4B1B8,and that of Jiyuan families was J9J3J2J6J8J4J7J1J5 and J9J2J8J4J1J6J3J7J5 in terms of the average value and the stress value of the highest concentration,respectively.The families of B2,B7,B3,J9 and J2 had higher saline-alkali tolerances,while the families of B4,B1,B8,J7 and J5 were sensitive to alkaline-salt stress,and other families were at moderate levels according to the comprehensive analysis of the average value of effective index and the stress value of the highest concentration.It is effective and credible to evaluate saline-alkali tolerances of U.pumila families by the principal component analysis method.
