摘要
采用RP-HPLC法测定吉林产茵陈药材不同部位滨蒿内酯的含量。色谱条件:kromasil C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(26:74);流速:1 mL/min;紫外检测波长:345 nm。茵陈药材不同部位滨蒿内酯的含量差异明显:花蕾>支干>幼苗>主干。可为茵陈药材的选材、质量评价与控制以及进一步开发利用提供依据。
To determine the scoparone contents in different parts of scoparia in Jilin Province by RP-HPLC. The experiment was carried out using kromasil C18 column ( 250mm×4.6mm,5μm ) at the wavelength of 345 nm, as the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water (26:74) with a flowrate of 1.0 mL/min. The results showed that there was a significant differentiation in the contents of scoparone in the above scoparia samples described in this article and the content is the buds was the highest in the samples. The paper provided the quality control and evaluation of scoparia for the selection of medicinal materials, which gives some new references for farther research of the scoparia
